Employee was walking down steps, missed a step, grabbed with left hand and strained left shoulder. No lost time on medical diagnosis until 1/2/2024 when they went on light duty. On 2/6/2024 had an MRI and was diagnosed with left pectoral tear and opted for surgery.

BROKE HIS RIGHT WRIST LEFT FOREARM, AND HIS JAW. HE WALKED OUT OF THE PIT TO THE SURFACE LEVEL, WAS LIFEHIGHTED TO THE HOSPITAL AS A PRECAUTION.
