Employee was walking when he stumbled on a rock and fell. He grabbed for the bumper on a truck and caught his right arm. As he fell with his right arm on the bumper, it caused him to dislocate his right shoulder. Reopened see DCN# 220101200018.EE is out having surgery.
Employee was changing a fuel filter on a CAT D10 dozer, when his foot slipped on the track, causing him to fall to the ground on his left arm. Jammed his arm around the elbow.
