Employee was walking when he stumbled on a rock and fell. He grabbed for the bumper on a truck and caught his right arm. As he fell with his right arm on the bumper, it caused him to dislocate his right shoulder. Reopened see DCN# 220101200018.EE is out having surgery.
Employee twisted his left ankle while dismounting his rock truck.
Employee was walking through the parking lot, on his way to his vehicle, when he twisted his ankle. He went home and the pain got worse, he then went to the dr. and found out he had broken his ankle.
Employee was pushing with dozer; ran over a rock that he could not see. When he came off the rock the jarring slammed him into the seat breaking his tailbone.
