IE was dismounting a piece of equipment when EE twisted EE's knee. EE continued to work until surgery was performed on 6/26/20 on EE's knee to repair a torn meniscus.

Employee was getting off of Coal stockpile truck unit number 1146 (HD 325 Komatsu) when he slipped on rough ground. He said it felt like something pulled in his right hip. He went to doctor on 04/09/2014. He worked on 04/10/2014. Went back to the doctor on 04/11/2014 and was off till 04/16/2014. Lumbar strain.

At that time the EE refused medical treatment and cont. to work. His knee began to hurt him more and he wert to doctor and has continued to work. Will have surgery on 2/6/12 and will be off 4 to 6 weeks.
Employee was walking across a patch of ice which had snow on top of it. He lost his traction and slipped and sprained his left ankle. He went home and his ankle had swollen up. Then he went to the emergency room.
