(Injured) operating a Cat 769C. while being loaded in quarry, a Cat 345B with a NPK GH-18 hammer approximately 60 feet away was breaking oversize rock. a piece of fly rock from the GH-18 broke the drivers side glass on the 769C. (operator of 769C) got a piece of glass in left eye.

Bruised hand tensioning bolt. The worker did not mention the issue until the next morning. Office dispatched him to medical. Released with hand bruise (splint/ice) to modified duty pending specialist review. Office recommended off duty pending specialist review next week.
