Drill steel dropped down from grippers on to drill deck; employee lifted drill steel from deck and felt pain in right bicep. The right bicep bruised and swelled, felt weak after incident.

(Injured) operating a Cat 769C. while being loaded in quarry, a Cat 345B with a NPK GH-18 hammer approximately 60 feet away was breaking oversize rock. a piece of fly rock from the GH-18 broke the drivers side glass on the 769C. (operator of 769C) got a piece of glass in left eye.
