Employee was climbing onto the dragline on top of the cab to help a co-worker change batteries. As employee was climbing on the dragline he felt a pop in his right knee. Employee is off work until next appointment 12-23-03. Employee received a right knee sprain.

HE GRABBED FOR THE HAND RAIL ON THE LADDER OF THE JAW CRUSHER AND MISSED THE HAND RAIL AND FELL BACKWARDS AND HIT HI S HAND ON THE WHEEL OF A SERVICE TRUCK THAT WAS PARKED BY THE JAW CRUSHER. EE FRACTURED HIS LEFT PINKY & RING FINGERS.
