THE SECTION ADVANCED UNDER A HOLLOW AND THE ROOF WAS NOT AS STABLE IN THE AREA. THE SECTION HAS ADVANCED POST THIS AREA AND SHOULD BE BACK UNDER STABLE ROOF. 6" ROOF BOLTS ARE BEING USED AND A LL INTERSECTIONS IN THE AREA ARE BEING POSTED OFF.

THE SECTION IS ADVANCING UNDER A HOLLOW & CREEK, SNAP TOP HAS BEEN APPARENT WHILE ADVANCING THE SECTION. THEREFORE #2 ENTRY WILL BE STOPPED, 3-4-5 ENTRY UNDER SOUND ROOF WILL BE CUT INTO THE O LD WORKS, AND THE SECTION WILL BE PILLARED BACK.
THE SECTION IS ADVANCING UNDER A HOLLOW AND THE ROOF IS NOT AS STABLE. THEREFORE, 4 WAY INTERSECTIONS WILL NOT BE CREATED IN THE #2 ENTRY. THE CROSSCUTS WILL BE OFFSET AND ONLY 60 DEGREE ANGLE S WILL BE DRIVEN TO UTILIZE SMALLER AREA INTERSECTIONS ADN 6' BOLTS WILL BE USED WHEN NEEDED.
THE INTERSECTION IS LOCATED 7 BLOCKS OUTBY THE FACE IN #1 ENTRY RETURN. FALL OCCURRED WHERE BLOCKS WERE SPLIT IN THE OLD WILLIAMS WORKS.
EMPLOYEE WAS CHECKING TENSIONS ON BELT AND FINGER ROLLED BETWEEN BELT AND SHEVE.
