Burn on two fingers acquired while burning explosives containers. Molten plastic dripped on fingers causing blisters. Blisters broke and eventually became infected. Sent to town for treatment, and kept from work for several days. No damage to fingers.

Slab of frozen gravel fell out of back of work area striking employee about the knee area of the right leg; breaking lower leg in two places causing compound fractures in both breaks. The top of the foot was also broken, and the entire portion of the right lower leg badly bruised.
Employee was pulling down from a head high position, with both hands; resulting in the straining of the stomach muscles on both sides of stomach.

ACCIDENT OCCURRED IN KITCHEN; POOR LIFTING TECHNIQUE CONTRIBUTED TO INJURY; SPRAINED SHOULDER - IMPAIRMENT UNCERTAIN. ACCIDENT BECAME REPORTABLE ON 12/23/02 UPON SECOND VISIT TO DOCTOR. TREATM ENT IS HOT & COLD COMPRESSES & MEDICATION.
