Employee was attempting to line up conveyor belt on wash plant, pry bar slipped & weight pushed wrench employee was using into their right thumb. Flowers was transported to ER via private vehicle. They received stitches, followed up with orthopedic surgeon was placed in cast for 6 weeks.

Miner lost footing exiting a box truck, while retrieving a jug of def. Fell from truck landing on left leg, resulting in a leg fracture. Miner was transported by private vehicle to FMH emergency department, where their leg was stabilized.
