EE HAD JUST FINISHED SCORING SHIELD ON ADJACENT SHIELD BY SCU WHEN STEPPING OVER TO NEXT SHIELD A SMALL PIECE OF ROCK FELL STRIKING HIM ON HAND.

EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING LO-TRAC ON B-8 BELTLINE CLEARING MATERIAL AND PLACING ON BELT A SMALL PIECE OF MATERIAL CAME OFF BELT STRUCTURE AND STRUCK EMPLOYEE ON FOREHEAD.
