HE WENT TO THE DR AND THE DR RELEASE HIM. HE WORKED UNTIL 5-8-95. ON 5-2-95 HE CALLED AND SAID HE WENT BACK TO THE DR AND HE NOW NEEDS THERAPY FOR 30 DAYS.
EE WAS SETTING TIMBERS FOR THE NEXT LIFT OF SCENSECOND MINING SMALL ROCK FELL BETWEEN BOLTS AND RIB HIM WAS PUT ON BACK BOARD BROUGHT OUTSIDE SENT TO BLASTIED REGION MEDICAL CENTER BRME WAS CH ECK BY DR AND X RAY WAS DONE THERE WAS NO BROKEN BONES OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE AND SENT HOME.
A PINER OF LOONE ROOF MEASURING 39 1/2" L 23" IN 4' TO 6" THAT FELL BETWEEN PERMENT ROOF SUPPORT STRICKING THE MINER ON THE RIGHT LEG.
