Employee was loading trash into the bucket of the loader in the maintenance yard at 11:00 pm. They lifted the front of a pallet box over the lip of the loader bucket, then repositioned themselves to push the pallet box into the bucket. As they pushed, they felt a pop in their lower back, followed by a sharp pain.

Mostrando los 5While tripping out of the hole IP (Injured Person) started slowing down, driller told IP to take a break and clean up pad. While picking up pad the helper noticed a behavioral change in IP. IP then said might be injured. Driller then took IP to the truck called work care and drove IP back to town.
A mechanic was positioning a wheeled jack stand under a haul truck to make a repair when the worker's middle finger on their left hand was caught between the jack's handle and the belly pan, causing a laceration and a fracture.
Employee's finger was caught between the lid and dust bin after emptying.
Employee was moving a drum of dirt and felt a pain in the lower back. Employee did not want medical evaluation at the time of incident. No follow up needed. Requested medical in November, no issues for three months. Dr requested MRI and have had no follow up with Workmans Comp following initial visit.
