I.E. was trying to pick up a bottom roller when it slipped and they felt something pop in their right elbow.

I.E. strained EE's back while hanging a bolter cable

employee was working on a 3 inch dewatering pump. when attempting to remove the plastic priming bowl plug it broke loose and allowed the water, sludge and steam to spray on the employee. Covering EE's right arm and face. employee was taken to emergency room for treatment. 2nd degree burns

IE was adjusting straps on the ventilation tubes when the tubes fell and hit EE's hand causing a laceration. IE received 3 sutures.

While handling a replacement cutting edge for a D11 dozer, the I.E. pinched their right little finger between the replacement cutting edge and another cutting edge already on the ground.

I.E. was helping take down water pipe and was hit by the pipe when they dropped it to the ground.

I.E. was attempting to remove a 2x4 that was holding the mesh back after bolting on the longwall face when it suddenly broke causing them to twist and fall onto their right knee. I.E. was not taken off work until 9-11-2026.

IE was in the high line tube recovering high line cable when the cable got wrapped around their foot. When the IE tried to get their foot out they heard a pop. X rays showed a small fracture in their foot.

I.E. was helping drag cables when they stepped on a rock and the cable being drug tripped them up and they fell on their knee.

I.E. was putting a cribbing up a tractor when the scoop bucket bled off and pinched EE's finger between the crib tie and the cab board.

The injured employee was working on a belt splice when EE's right arm contacted the belt shear blade resulting in a laceration. The belt shear was not in operation at the time of injury. The injury resulted in sutures.

I.E. Stated EE was helping put up a waffle beam across the road when the helper lost grip of the beam dropping it smashing two fingers on left hand between beam and tractor. X-Ray showed 2 broken fingers and EE received 18 stitches.

I.E. Stated that they had a broken vertical pin on shield #1, while trying to get new pin in pulling shields in manually the anti-toppler was in a bind. When the stored energy was released the anti-toppler hit employee in left arm. Employee went to hospital where x-rays were taken with no broken bones. Employee is off with a sore arm.

IE was moving oil cans to a pallet when EE pulled a muscle in EE's back.

IE had EE's finger smashed between 2 wooden gluts causing a fracture on EE's ring finger.

IE was moving a tip jack on the longwall face and felt pain in their lower back and abdominal area.

The IE and other were operating the drill rig and pulling drill pipe out of the borehole. The IE was turning the drill steel carousel by hand and felt a pop in EE's left elbow.

I.E. stated EE was helping carry a material door, the door twisted in EE's hands causing a pop in EE's wrist. X-ray shown a fracture of EE's left radius.

IE was pulling line curtain and twisted pulling a muscle in EE's back.

I.E. was attempting to shut off a battery charger when the battery that they was leaning on tipped over off of the cribs it was sitting on and pinched their hand between the battery and the charger.

I.E. was helping to put a pulling coupler on a section of 8" pipe. when EE stood up EE felt pain in EE's lower back.

IE was strapping down materials on the tool sled when a piece of pipe rolled off the top of the sled and smashed the right thumb causing a fracture.

I.E. was loading structure onto a trailer when EE felt pain in EE's left shoulder and down EE's left side.

IE was assisting another miner with removing the drill rig operator's platform so they could change the drill bit. The IE got a finger pinched between two pieces of chain, resulting in a laceration that required 4 stiches to close up

I.E. was helping carry water pipe when the person who was carrying the other end suddenly dropped their end causing I.E. to drop their end of the pipe on their foot.

I.E. was dropping miner cable that was hung across the entry. When they cut the rope hanger loose with right hand they caught the cable with their left hand. They then felt a little pain in shoulder but continued to finish the shift. The next morning they woke up with a burning sensation in their shoulder.

I.E. was loading material onto the roof bolter when EE's arm came in contact with a stack of 4' rib angles and cut EE's right forearm.

I.E. was putting up a strap while roof bolting when they felt a pop in right shoulder.

IE was dropping tubes when the tube bounced off of the ground jamming EE's finger causing a fracture.

I.E. stated they were pulling on a 6-foot bolt that was being installed into the roof when they felt a pop in right arm. Employee went to E.R. with a full release. Employee went to ortho. doctor and was taken off work (light duty) on 11/5/2025.

I.E. stated EE was picking up a bottom roller when another employee dropped another roller down smashing EE's hand between the two. Employee received 18 stitches on EE's right hand.

I.E. was helping change out belt structure when EE smashed two fingers between the structure top roller frame.

EE stated they were removing a 12' cable bolt from tray when the end hung on a glue box coming back striking employee in mouth breaking a tooth.

I.E. was putting in a rail for the top slope belt when they slipped and fell face first hitting their face on the bottom belt.

I.E. was hanging a tube when EE said a strap broke and the tube fell striking EE on the head.

I.E. was stepping down off of the bolter when EE felt a sharp pain in EE's lower back.

I.E. was spraying sealant on a stopping when it soaked through their clothing and burnt their knees.

I.E. stated EE was helping recover longwall mono-rail hoses, as the crew was pulling the hose the miner strap slipped due to wet and muddy hose. the end of the hose hit I.E. in the side of the foot. X-ray showed a fracture of EE's Metatarsal. Employee was wearing steel toed metatarsal boots.

I.E. was recovering belt structure when they felt a pop and pain in right shoulder.

I.E was building cribs in HG 17 bleeder near a regulator and felt something get blown into their eye.

I.E. stated they were dragging a tube from P.C. area to 2 left when they felt a pull in left shoulder. I.E. took themselves to the hospital for C.T. scan, waiting on results.

I.E. was attempting to move a top roller and a roller came loose and pinched EE's small finger.

I.E. was helping set a beam on top of a shield during recovery. The beam became hung on the mesh while employee was trying to pull it over and felt something pull in their bicep.

I.E. was stepping up onto the back of the bolter carrying supplies when they felt a pop in their right knee

I.E. was trying to push a rock clear of a chute in the prep plant when EE suddenly felt pain in EE's lower back

I.E. stated EE was setting up to weld and cut on miner head, Employee set oxygen bottle up and when picking up acetylene bottle the oxygen fell smashing EE's left thumb between the 2 bottles. X-ray showed displaced fracture.

I.E. was loading structure onto a structure trailer when EE mashed EE's finger between the trailer and a roller causing a laceration.

I.E. was stepping up onto the roof bolter carrying a bundle of plates when I.E. felt a burning sensation in stomach area. I.E. was diagnosed with a hernia requiring surgery.

I.E. bent down to pick up a tube and felt something pop in I.E.'s back and it sent pain down I.E.'s leg.

I.E. bent over to pick up a cable and felt something pop in I.E.'s back. I.E.'s back then started hurting and it became difficult to breathe.
