Employee was lying on EE's back using EE's feet to position a jaw crusher toggle plate during an unplanned repair following a tension rod failure when EE experienced lower back pain. Employee continued working. On 7/10/2026, employee aggravated the injury while lifting a 5-gallon bucket during quality control sampling and reported the injury to management.
