Employee stated that while lifting a bag of rock dust, they felt a pain in their lower belly. Work location: Surface supply yard.

Employee was shoveling the belt when felt a muscle pull in upper back.

Employee was moving a piece of metal to be cut when he felt pain in his back.

Employee was hanging the continuous miner cable when he felt something start burning in his lower back.

Employee was opening airlock door to allow a scoop to travel through when the supply car being pulled by the scoop struck the door causing it to strike employees leg.

A co-worker was setting a 7 foot timber, when he loss control of the timber it fell on the left foot of this employee.

While working on track, the EE dropped a rail and the rail kicked back and struck the EE on the left foot.

Employee was shoveling under the belt conveyor when he felt something pull in his shoulder.

Employee was unloading timbers when a timber fell and struck employee on the right wrist.

While unloading cinder blocks from scoop bucket, employee dropped one of the blocks on his right knee.

While shutting air lock door, the hinge broke resulting in the employee mashing his two fingers on his left hand

A 10' timber fell over and struck the employee in the lower back.

Employee was starting a gasoline engine water pump and got his hand against the muffler.

Pulling miner cable, felt pain in back and left knee

Employee was helping to make a belt splice, when he knuckled the clamp off the crossbar came back and struck employee on the head.

When bending roof bolt, pulled muscle in shoulder.

Loading blocks into scoop bucket and pulled lower back

Injured was taking down 3/4" pipe that was beside feeder and transferring it across #3 belt. Pipe had been used as part of fire deluge system, drive had been removed. As he attempted to move it across belt, he felt a pain in his lower back on the right side.

Shuttle car canopy was being removed because mine conditions had changed. The canopy accidently pivoted and rolled against his back.

The jack slipped while putting boom jack on miner, mashing employee's ring finger.

Pulled back muscle while lifting belt structure out of belt car.

Taking miner and water line, water line fell on employee's left shoulder causing a dislocation.

EE STATES HE WAS UNLOADING TIMBERS FROM SCOOP AND PULLED MUSCLE IN HIS BACK.

CHANGING MOTOR ON BELT DRIVE MOTOR ROLL OVER ON MIDDLE FINGER.

DRIVER WAS INFLATING TRUCK TIRE ON FLOOR OF SHOPWITH SAFETY CHAIN APPARENTLY IN PLACE - RETAINING RINGS ON TIRE APPARENTLY SLIPPED OFF & ALLOWED TIRE TO DEFLATE INSTANEOUSLY - RINGS HIT MAN'S ARM CAUSING BROKEN UPPER ARM, FRACTURED PELVIS &LACERATIONS.

THIS MAN HURT HIS BACK WHEN HE WAS UNLOADING ROCK DUST FROM A SCOOP. HE COMPLAINED OF PAIN IN HIS BACK, SHOULDER, LEG AND ARM.

MOVING MINER TP #7 HEADING PULLING CABLE OUT OF ROADWAYS AND PULLED MUSCLE IN BACK.

EMPLOYEE STATED THAT HE DID NOT KNOW IT HAPPENEDMUST HAVE BEEN WHILE HE WAS DOING HIS JOB AS A MINER HELPER PULLING CABLE.

BENDING ROOF BOLT. HURT HIS BACK.

PULLED MUSCLE IN BACK WHILE BENDING ROOF BOLT.

CHAINGING HOSE ON MINER BUSTED AND SHOT OIL INTO FINGER, SET UP INFECTION IN FINGER.

ROOF BOLT PERSON WAS BENDING A 8' RESIN BOLT WHEN HE PULLED A MUSCLE UNDER LEFT SHOULDER BLADE.,

MOVING BELT LINE HURT BACK

WORKING IN LOW COAL 31" MOVING COAL FROM UNDER DRILL EHAD WITH HIS FOOT AND HIS KNEE CAME OUT OF ITS SOCKET. THIS EMPLOYEE'S KNEE WAS PREVIOUSLY INJUREC BEFORE HE STARTED WORKING WITH OUR COM PANY AND STATES THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE.
