Mostrando los 12Miner was removing a snap ring from a crusher eccentric. It came apart with more force then expected and slapped the miner's finger against the wall of the eccentric. Causing laceration to the left pinky finger.
Miner attempted to lift a piece of conduit. It slipped through miner's hand. It had a rough spot and miner received a laceration to the right palm.
Miner dropped a screen panel onto forklift forks and lacerated their leg down the shinbone. Laceration approximately 6" in length.

Employee was helping the crew run a new electric cable down the bore hole into the mine. The cable restraining device came loose and caused the cable to whip and strike him in the leg.
