Mostrando los 12The employee was moving a copper cathode from scale when the cathode slipped off bundle and struck employee in the top center of left foot. Initial examination determined that the employees foot sustained a contusion. He was released back to work with limited restrictions.
EE was removing wear plate bolt, the wear plate fell and a sharp edge cut his right middle finger. EE needed stitches. Crew EE works with didn't return to work until 4/24/10.
