THE WORKER WAS CARRYING A PIECE OF STEEL UP A LADDER WHEN HE FELT A MUSCLE PULL IN HIS BACK.
AFTER CHECKING OUT MACHINE, THE EE SHUT THE ENGINE COVER DOOR, BUT IT DID NOT SHUT TIGHTLY. SO HE OPENED IT AND SHUT IT AGAIN, BUT DID NOT GET HIS LT INDEX FINGER OUT OF THE WAY OF THE DOOR, & IT SHUT ON IT BREAKING THE END OF IT.
