EE was doing repair work in shop. Heavy steel ring from disassembling a cone dropped to floor. Steel ring landed on upper part of right foot. (Above steel toe protection). Possible surgery to relieve blood pressure in right foot.

EMPLOYEE WAS LIFTING A PIECE OF STEEL. HE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A SLIP DISC IN NECK.
HE DROPPED AN OXYGEN CYLINDER ON HIS OWN RIGHT HAND. FRACTURED
