Mostrando los 6EE was lifting a 5 gal bucket of oil, filling a vertical turbine motor. He said he felt a warm sensation in the groin area. The dr said that it is a muscle pull.
While removing the back plate on f-5 conveyor, the 3/4" plate was unbolted. EE was working with another ee and together they pulled the plate from the bolts. the plate fell back and pinched left little finger against tailpulley guard. this is reportable because ee had a splint put on finger.
EMPLOYEE WAS GREASING F-8 CONVEYOR. EE STOPPED TO CHANGE THE CARTRIDGE, PLACED GREASE GUN ON CONVEYOR, OPENED NEW TUBE OF GREASE. WITH GREASE TAB IN HAND HE REACHED FOR FALLING GREASE GUN. AS HAND CLOSED, THE TAB CUT EE'S RT. MIDDLE FINGER.
5' ELECTRIC HEATER WAS BEING MOVED THRU A LOW HEAD CLEARANCE AREA, NOT GIVING ENOUGH ROOM FOR PROPER LIFTING PROCEDURES.
EE WAS OPERATING THE BOOM TRUCK. EE BENT DOWN TO CHAIN A SKIRT BOARD. RIGHT KNEE POPPED WHEN HE STOOD BACK UP.
