Two employees were lifting a 108 lb roll of plastic and placing it in a cradle stand. One of the employees missed the cradle when setting it down, the plastic roll twisted, and he dropped his end. The other employee, still holding up his end, was jerked forward and to the left as a result of of the other end falling.

EE LIFTED THE BAG AND FELT PAIN IN MIDDLE OF HIS BACK. ON 6/1/04 EE REPORTED THAT HIS BACK WAS WORSE AND TREATMENT WAS NECESSARY.
