Employee was handling belt structure and smashed a finger causing injury.

Injured was loading belt structure on the surface for a future belt move. Injured was in motion with a piece of structure and caught left thumb between the piece the injured was holding and another stationary piece of belt structure that was lying beside the one the injured was holding. This caused a laceration of the lt. thumb that needed stitches.

Employee was helping move a Distribution Box on J- section. Employee was looping a loop of cable onto a cable sled. Employee was on scoop operator side of scoop and sled. The sled hit a crib block and shifted pinning Employee right leg between cable sled and coal rib.

During a power move on the 10 Left section, the employee was helping drop a Hi-Voltage cable from roof of the mine when the cable hanger end caught the injured persons right index finger causing a laceration which needed stitches. In the following days after stitches this wound became infected and employee began missing work as of 8/1/2017

Injured was carrying a bag of rock Dust into a power center location thru a door and felt stabbing pain in back. Emergency Room Dr. determined strained muscle in back and could return to regular job of Fire Boss on next shift. Injured returned to reg. job next shift and worked thru 6/20/17. Employee began missing work on 6/21/17 due to this injury.

EE was carrying items through a man door and had made two prior trips and on EE's third trip EE was carrying a chain over EE's right shoulder and carrying C grabs in EE's hand while walking from six foot high area through a four foot high area when EE felt a pain and heard a pop sound in EE's lower back.

Injured was carrying T channel along the side of bolting machine with partner when they hit a previously installed roof-bolt and the T channel bounced back hitting injured person in lip with sharp edge and cutting lip. Injured needed stitches.

Was loading a Roof bolter and strained back while lifting bundle of roof-bolt plates.

Employee was building a stopping wall and strained lower back.

Employee was building a stopping and smashed finger between two solid blocks. The bone in the end of finger was broken and required stitches.

Employee was removing belt structure when EE dropped the structure on foot, causing a fracture.

The injured person and another miner was lifting a canopy off of a Fletcher twin boom Roof Bolter machine and the injured felt a pain/discomfort in lower middle back area. *This person's 1st day off for this accident was 06/02/2017. Had surgery on back to correct problem.

Employee was sliding props underneath belt line to set on the tight side. While sliding prop under belt, employee's middle finger was smashed between the prop and a piece of belt structure, requiring the finger to need stitches.

Employee received a cut to EE's hand, that required stitches, while changing out a belt roller on the outside conveyor. Employee was wearing gloves at the time of injury.

Employee was loading MRS cable and caught EE's finger on the reel lid of the MRS.

Employee put left hand on the drill head to check suction and the drill steel fell out and hit left hand.

While replacing a head jack on the continuous miner, the head jack rolled over onto the worker's left index finger. The worker's finger required two (2) stitches.

The employee was bolting up a strap when the head of the bolt broke. The shoe came back and struck the employee below the right eye.

The employee injured his lower back while carrying big john props.

A T-Channel strap fell from the bolter and struck the employee below the left knee. The strike resulted in a laceration to his lower left leg.

The employee cut his right forearm with a metal band.

While the employee was unloading bolts, metal scrap cut his arm.

The belt stand fell over, cutting the employee's left calf.

The employee was roof bolting at the time of the incident. While the employee was cleaning and repairing the suction lines, he placed his left hand over the suction hole. The steel then fell from the roof, striking the employee's hand.

The employee was pulling a cable when he experienced a sharp pain in his right knee. The employee was placed on restricted duty starting on 3.17.2012. It was determined that surgery was required to repair the damage to the knee, and the employee began missing work on 3.30.2012.

The employee was pushing up a bolt. He hit the rotation button, and the bolt spun around, hitting him the left arm.

The employee was moving a snub roller when he experienced pain in his abdomen. The employee began missing work on February 22, 2012.

The employee strained a muscle in his left forearm while lifting an oxygen tank. As a result of the strain, the muscle separated from the bone and will require surgery to repair the damage.

The employee experienced pain in his lower back while installing a roof bolt.

The employee stated that he cut his finger while picking up bolt plates. Stitches were required for treatment.

The employee stated that he was removing rock from the miner and pulled his lower back.

Employee smashed finger in muck bucket.

The employee stated that he cut the top of his hand on a hose clamp while he was working on a roof bolter. Stitches were required.

The employee stated that he strained his stomach and groin area while climbing into a front end loader.

The employee stated that while loading roof bolt plates, he dropped a plate and cut the knuckle on his right index finger. Stitches were required.

The injured was lifting a metal door with another employee. During this lift, the employee pulled/strained a muscle in his groin area. Please note: Employee did not begin missing work for this injury until 4/17/09.

The employee was helping charge batteries in the North Section Charging Station. While moving the jumper cable out of the way, he struck his finger on the tin that was provided for fire protection.

Employee exited the mine and was walking to the bath house, when he experienced severe pain in the lower middle of his back.

Last LT Section, #1 Entry. EE was lifting a cat idler for the miner. The pain in his lower back started the next day.

Employee was setting belt drive when he hit his ear on the plate suspended from a cable bolt. EE received two stiches in ER.

Unloading headers from the scoop when a metal ban cut his left hand.
