WCC EE was cleaning out the crusher jaws when a rock shifted and pinned EE's right hand, causing a laceration to EE's right pinkie finger. The employee was wearing the appropriate hand protection at the time of the incident.

Employee was disconnecting a 4" water line from the water truck when the water line flew back and made contact with the employee's mouth, cutting EE's lip and chipping a tooth.

EE was changing out screens in the shaker at approximately 8am when EE hurt EE's left wrist. EE alleges that EE heard and felt a "pop" while holding up the screen ( 150 lbs ).
