Buscar en el registro

Employee was in the surface shop and bumped a hand against a circular saw blade causing a cut on right hand. The cut was on the knuckle between the index and middle finger. Employee was taken to a medical clinic in Hazard, KY and received 4 stitches.

Employee was reaching to get a bolt plate and cut right index finger. The employee was wearing gloves when the accident occurred. The Employee required stitches in finger (5).
