Mostrando los 3Miner was reinstalling a drive belt when hand slipped and right hand hit the conveyor frame. The conveyor was locked out of service and not running. The conveyor was manufactured in house.
EE was removing a wedged rock in a v-belt. The rock was removed and let the pulley move forward pulling EE's right ring finger into the pulley. The tip of the right ring finger was broken and cut. EE was taken to a hospital where the finger tip was reattached.
