Employee was feeding the chain, when a clay mass which had accumulated on the conveying equipment overhead dislodged and hit the employee on the back of the neck, causing bruising and swelling.

THE LUMP OF CLAY S TRUCK HIS LEFT EYE. HE RINSED HIS EYE WITH WATER AND COMPLETED HIS SHIFT. HE DID NOT TELL HIS SUPERVISOR. THE EYE BECAME MORE IRRITATED OVER THE WEEKEND. HE SAW A DOCTOR ON 9/15.
