Mostrando los 10While in the shop working on a haul truck. The individual was removing the oil pan from the motor to replace the gasket. The oil pan shifted and pinched EE's finger causing a laceration to EE's right ring finger requiring stitches to close laceration.
Employee was installing a hydraulic cylinder when the cylinder rolled over & pinched employee's right hand little finger. It caused a laceration on the pad of the little finger & a skin avulsion on the top of the little finger. Employee was driven to the ER where 4 sutures where given in the pad of the little finger & steri-strips were applied to the top of the little finger
EE was lifting pipe: approximately 60-70 lbs, he felt severe pain in the groin area and a bulge appeared in area.

AS EE WAS LIFTING THE TRACK PADS OF EXCAVATOR (APPROX. 50 LBS. EACH) TO CHANGE BAD BOLTS, HE APPARENTLY TURNED OR STRAINED HIS BACK, CAUSING A GREAT DEAL OF PAIN & DISCOMFORT.
AS EMPLOYEE WAS DISMOUNTING THE TE-001 TO FUEL THE MACHINE (TRACK EXCAVATOR) HE FELT A PULL IN HIS LOWER BACK AND HIS BACK POPPED.
