Mobile crane was stranded in the road due to hydraulic hose leak - while attempting to fix, employee strained his shoulder because of the awkward position/location of hose. He strained his right shoulder attempting to remove hose and further aggravated it putting hose back on. Originally first aid only - 6-1-06 recordable.

EE WAS THREADING CONDUIT. HE RUBBED HIS EYE AND GOT A PIECE OF METAL IN IT.
WHILE REPLACING THE FEEDER BELT, THE BELT SLIPPED DURING INSTALLATION AND PINCHED HIS FINGER, RESULTING IN THE INJURY.
MECHANIC WAS REMOVING A HYDRAULIC PUMP WHEN IT SLIPPED, CUTTING HIS FINGER.
