Another miner applying alcohol to truck airline as EE walked around the front of the truck, airline inadvertently disconnected & sprayed EE with alcohol. Some alcohol got into EE's eyes, eyes were promptly rinsed with eye wash. Miner was informed if irritation returned to go to emergency room. ER/Dr prescribed eye drops and advised against work for 3 days.
Plant operator starting up the plant, noticed the main crusher vibrator not working. Locked out and proceeded to check if drive belt missing. Belt was still present, so EE gave the pulley a tug, felt a sharp pain in left shoulder for aprox 20 min. pain faded and worked rest of day, notifying management at end of the day.

Employee climbed up on Volvo highlift to check hydraulic oil. Raised up very quickly & bumped his left nostril into CB antenna.
When moving a stone off plant - Stone pinched little finger against post
Employee was working the rock truck. He dropped the emergency power steering motor out of his own hands onto his head.
EE was working on main belt, 2 other EE's were working in above crusher. A 2x8x3 board was being used to prop up a hydraulic cyclinder on backhoe, cyclinder was moved and board fell thru crusher striking EE's hard hat and head.
Spillage rock - moving a rock that was too big to handle by himself.
Rock jammed in return roller on main belt; he shut off main belt, removed rock then 2nd rock hit his finger.
