Miner was assisting in changing a sheave on a gearbox with the shaft pointed vertically. The miner held the sheave from rotating using their hands while another miner attempted to free the bushing. The sheave unexpectedly broke loose from the busing and shaft and fell down to the gearbox, pinching the miner's finger between the sheave and the gearbox housing. Left, middle finger.

EE moved back off the rock and got out of the cab to move it out of the way of the track. EE lifted and rolled the rock. It moved unexpectedly and pinched EE's left index finger cutting it between the first two joints.

Tamrock DX800 Drill operator during the repositioning/alignment of a T51 steel on the carriage rack, strained a muscle in his neck.
Employee lacerated his right index finger during the removal of a worn chair cushion. Employee was taken to the hospital, received 6 sutures and released the same day back to full duty.
Employee was trying to catch a wedge he was driving out of a horizontal impact crusher. The wedge slid through his hand and the edge cut the palm of his left hand.
While shoveling, digging out holes, the shovel entered loose material and it stopped suddenly jarring left shoulder causing pain.
