EE was performing maintenance on an excavator to include changing a hydraulic hose on the boom. The hose was still pressurized when the EE attempted to remove it, which resulted in hydraulic fluid spraying onto EE's left bicep. EE immediately notified EE's supervisor. EE rinsed the affected area with soap and water and changed clothes. EE was sent for medical exam/clearance.

Employee was drilling through steel in the morning wearing safety glasses/gloves, removed PPE at the end of the day, felt something in his L eye. Suspects a fragment from the drilling was on his person, came loose, and blew into his eye. He reported this on 8/27, sought treatment. A small piece of steel was removed from his L eye; he was placed on antibiotics with RTW on 8/28.
