EE WAS PROPING UP AN IRON PLATE TO MEASURE WHEN THE PLATE FELL ON HIS LEFT FOREARM CAUSING A HAIRLINE FRACTURE. NOTE: THE MACHINARY WAS COMPLETELY LOCKED OUT AND SHUTDOWN WHEN INJURY OCCURRED.
