While attempting to turn the bumper of the lube truck, on the forks of the lift, using a support leg, the bumper shifted and rolled off the forklift onto the victim's leg. The victim was taken by fellow employee, to the hospital e.r. for treatment. Injury was minimal. EE was released to return to work the next day.

Mostrando los 15Miner was pulling 4" hose up steep bank and his right knee popped out of place then popped back in. Went to take another step and right knee popped out again. Miner waited a little bit and rested the knee, went back to work. Miner states his right knee has been hurting ever since, and on 7/11/09 he sought medical treatment in hospital ER.
Contract driller equipment dust box was not secured. When mast was lowered, the vibration caused the bottom portion of dust box to fall, striking miner on right shoulder.

HE WAS DISMOUNTING FROM THE CAT D10L DOZER WHEN HE LOST HIS FOOTING WHILE STEPPING ON THE PUSH ARM. WHEN HE STARTED TO FALL, HE GRABBED AND CAUGHT HIMSELF BY HOLDING ONTO THE HAND RAILING. THE WEIGHT OF HIS BODY BEING SUPPORTED BY HIS LEFT ARM CAUSED HIS LEFT BICEP TO TEAR REQURING SURGERY.
EE was shutting the door on his rocktruck and shut it on his left hand, the end of this ring finger.
His dozer was stuck in the mud so he got another operator on another dozer to help pull him out. He was pulling a cable by hand over rock, and mud trying to get it hooked onto his dozer. While bending and pulling the cable he felt a sharp pain in his lower back. He didn't report it to his doctor for three days after the injury.
EE WAS REMOVING A TIRE FROM AN OLD SCRAP MECHANIC TRUCK WHEN THE DOOR TO THE UTILITY BED FELL DOWN AND LANDED ON HIS HEAD. THE EDGE OF THE DOOR CAUSED A LACERATION REQUIRING 6 SUTURES.
EMPLOYEE WAS ASSISTING MECHANIC PUT A ROLLER ON D-10L DOZER. HE WELDED A BOGIE PIN TO THE FRAME TO GET ROLLER UNDER MACHINE WHEN THE WELD BROKE WHILE HE WAS PUTTING THE ROLLER IN PLACE. THE RO LLER BOGIE FELL DOWN, PINCHING HIS RIGHT ARM BETWEEN THE BOGIE AND A ROLLER ON THE GROUND.
EMPLOYEE ALONG WITH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WAS LIFTING A WATER PUMP WHEN THE OTHER EMPLOYEE LET GO CAUSING THE PUMP TO FALL ON ONE END. THE WEIGHT OF THE FALLING PUMP TORE THE INJURED EMPLOYEE'S RIG HT BICEP MUSCLE.
HE WAS LIFTING CATWALK AND PLACING IT BACK ON AUGER MACHINE WHEN HE FELT SOMETHING PULL IN THE GROIN/ STOMACH AREA.
EE SQUATTED DOWN TO ROLL BRAKE DRUM AND WHEN HE WENT TO ROLL IT HE FELT A SPRAIN IN HIS BACK.
WAS DOWN ON GROUND NEXT TO SPOIL PILE LOOKING OVER A PILE OF GALVANIZED PIPE WHEN HE SAW A ROCK COME ROLLING OFF THE SPOIL PILE. HE GOT OUT OF THE WAY OF THE ROCK BUT THE ROCK HIT THE PIPE AND THE PIPE HIT HIM IN THE KNEE AND LEG.
