INJURED PARTY WAS STANDING BESIDE A SET OF SCOOP BATTERIES THAT WERE BEING SET DOWN ON THE GROUND. UPON CONTACT WITH THE GROUND SOME BATTERY ACID SLOSHED OT OF BATTERY TRAY AND GOT INTO HIS LEFT EYE.
INJURED PARTY WAS CARRYING A BOTTLE OF OXYGEN WHEN HE FELT A PULL IN HIS LOWER BACK
INJURED PARTY HAD LIFTED AN ACETYLENE BOTTLE AND THEN PICKED UP AN OXYGEN BOTTLE WHEN HE FELT SOMETHING PULL IN HIS LOWER STOMACH AREA & LOWER BACK AREA.
SECTION WAS MOVING OUT OF INTAKE ROOMS BACK INTO MAIN ENTRIES WHEN INJURED PARTY DECIDED TO MOVE A SHUTTLE CAR TIRE OUT OF HIS HAUL ROAD BY HIMSELF. HE BENT DOWN PICKED UP THE TIRE AND FELT A TUG IN HIS BACK.
EMPLOYEE WAS SPREADING BLOCK BOND ON VENTILATION CONTROL WHEN SOME OF THE BLOCK BOND GOT IN HIS LEFT EYE.
INJURED PARTY WAS CLIMBING INTO SCOOP DECK TO OPERATE SCOOP WHEN HE STRUCK HIS MOUTH ON THE SCOOP CANOPY.
THE INJURED PARTY REACHED DOWN AND PICKED UP THE MINER CABLE TO HELP PULL IT UP WHEN HE FELT A SMALL PULL IN THE GROIN AREA.
THE INJURED PARTY WAS LOADING THE PINNER WITH PINS AND BOARDS WHEN HE TURNED AROUND AND HIT HIS ELBOW ON THE TRAY ON THE PINNER.
