Mostrando los 12EE & one person loaded a jack pad from a surface drill onto the walkway of the drill as the pad had came loose from the jack. The drill operator then moved the drill to wait on a mechanic. Then he pushed the pad from the walkway so it would fall to the ground. As the front edge of the pad fell, the rear raised & pinched the thumb between the pad & a hand rail. 5 sutures needed.

HE RETURNED TO WORK AT APPROX 3:30 PM THE SAME DAY AFTER GOING TO THE OCEANA CLINIC.
VICTIM WAS INSTALLING THE REAR END IN A WESTERN STAR TANDEM WHEN IT ROLLED OVER ON HIS RIGHT ARM.
