EMPLOYEE WAS CHANGING AUGERS ON THE COAL DRILL. WHEN THE AUGER (APPROX. 150#) WAS UNSCREWED, IT SLID OUT THE RAIL AND STRUCK THE EMPLOYEE IN THE CHEST.
