Mostrando los 8Miner was fueling a D-10 Dozer. He was assisted by another employee. When he attempted to hand the fuel line back to the other employee, the miner lost his balance and fell off of the equipment and landed against the other employee.
Miner was using a hand held grinder to cut welds off of a metal project. The grinder "walked" away from the operator and went across the gloved left hand lacerating the skin on the left thumb knuckle.

Employee hit his head on a bracket resulting in a laceration. Seven staples were required to close the laceration, released to resume work next shift.
Employee was welding in a loader bucket and the reflection of the welding.
Employee was in the basket long-bolting. He was changing drill steel when the drifter moved and came down on his hand therefore pinching it between the boom and man basket.
