After the conveyor and tripper started EE laid the spud bar at EE's feet and proceeded to move phone from shirt pocket to pants pocket so it didn't fall out of shirt when EE was struck by bar

Employee was using an air lance to clear the inside of a plugged hopper. Air from the lance end blew debris back into the face and a foreign object entered his left eye. He was wearing safety glasses with side-shields.
