While using a drill, the bit hung up causing the drill to spin and come in contact with the mechanic's right hand.

Electric grinder kicked back contacting and cutting the back of the right hand.

Operator was descaling a piece of equipment and a large chunk fell on EE's left foot causing an unspecified fracture.

Employee was using a powered, hand-held cutting wheel when the tool kicked back and struck employee in the chin causing a deep laceration and broken tooth

Employee shoveling fines from the tabular converter hood. The material dropped down into the converter, displacing air and blowing hot dust out the door and toward the employee. A small quantity of dust went into the employees glove and burned a hand. Employee had doctor call in a prescription at a later date making it reportable

Employee was in the process of pre-operational testing an angle grinder. After several attempts working the start switch, EE did not anticipate the initial kick of the tool as it came on. The tool was in the left hand and kicked to the right. The cut off blade on the tool struck the index finger of the right hand. Causing a laceration requiring sutures.

Maintenance Mechanic was grinding on the #2 Shaker Pit and felt something graze left eyeball. EE did not report the incident to anyone. When ee returned to work on Sunday eye was red and irritated, ee did not report the incident to anyone. When mechanic woke up Monday 2/29 eye was swollen and red. The doctor pulled a piece of metal out of eye.
