IE drilled a hole, and as they rotated the bolt toward the flushing head, it popped out of the finger. IE walked toward the boom to put the bolt back into the finger, and as they grabbed the bolt, their slicker pants got entangled with the rotating drill steel.

EE was standing next to the Jumbo while the Jumbo operator was rattling the steel to loosen the collar when two small pieces of metal slivers came off and struck EE on the chin and neck.
