EE was removing nuts from the secondary crusher frame with a 1" pneumatic impact wrench. When the nut broke free the rotational force of the pneumatic wrench spun the nut up the threads pinning EE's right index finger between the handle on the impact wrench and the overhang of the crusher frame. EE received 7 sutures to the outside of the right index finger.

Mostrando los 6Miner/employee was drilling a piece of angle iron in the area of the Feed tunnel belt area when the hand drill being used twisted in their right hand resulting in a sprain to their right ring finger. Miner/employee did not report or seek medical attention until 07/12/2017.
The employee was pumping a manual grease gun when he felt some pain in the right elbow. The employee was sent to the clinic and was diagnosed with a minor strain to the elbow. The employee was sent back to regular duty with no retractions. The modifications were given based on the California Workers Comp. criteria only.
Employees welding lagging onto a tail pulley, injured employee said he caught a couple of flashes during the 11 hour shift. At the end of the shift he realized that he had received a flash burn in both eyes.
While operating an electrical hoist he caught his hand on the cable. His left ring finger became caught in the block.
Employee was assisting a co-worker who was welding a Seco Shaker frame when he received an arc flash. Employee did not feel the injury was severe enough to report right away. Informed employer on 7/14/06.
