EE was operating the roof bolter on the #3 section in the #3 entry just inby spad,3032. EE was placing EE's bolt into the drill pot. EE inadvertently bumped into the rotation lever causing ligament damage to the middle finger and ring finger resulting in sutures on both sides of the damaged fingers.

EE inadvertently hit the rotation lever, causing the bolt to spin and wrapped their left hand around the bolt. Resulting in a dislocated small finger and received 4, sutures.
EE was working on the #2 North Section operating the right side C/M in the #6 right entry. While, mining the cut through a piece, of rock measuring 18"x23"x1" thick striking EE on EE's right calf causing a laceration, resulting in four sutures.
