Employee had just finished cutting a bent handrail with cutting torches. EE hit EE's left forearm on the handrail and received a laceration. The laceration required three sutures.

Employee was using a torch to melt ice when the torch turned in his left hand and the flame went across the back of his right hand. He suffered a 2nd degree burn.

Removing a lock from an adjustor with an impact wrench. The heat created pressure, which pushed the impact wrench into the mans chest. He was taken to hospital to be checked for possible internal injuries, which were not apparent at the time of the injury. He will be out of work until Oct 20 to be sure any trama to kidney or liver is healed.

The man was welding when the steel he was welding fell on the top of his right foot causing a severe bruise. He will be on light duty until the pain and swelling subside.

The injured man was cutting a plate when a hot chip fell into his glove and caused a second degree burn to his left wrist. No work missed but he will be on light duty until the wrist heals.

The men received a hairline fracture to left arm when a tension bolt suddenly broke one when he was removing it. will be off work 1 week due to holidays and weekend should return following wednesday.

THE INJURED MAN WAS REMOVING A NUT. WHEN THE SPINNING NUT CAME FREE FROM THE BOLT IT CONTACTED HIS LEFT MIDDLE FINGER CAUSING A CUT WHICH REQUIRED A STITCH.

THE INJURED MAN WAS WELDING WHEN HE ACCIDENTALLY STRUCK AN ARC ON A SIDE FRAME BEFORE HE WAS READY TO WELD. SOME HOT GREASE SPLASHED INTO HIS EYE CAUSING HIM TO LOOSE 4 DAYS WORK BEFORE RETURN ING TO NORMAL DUTY.

THE MAN WAS WELIDING A BEAM WHEN AN UNEXPECTED FLASH BURNED BOTH EYES.

THE MAN BUMPED HIS ELBOW ON A CONTROL BUT EXPERIENCED NO IMMEDIATE PROBLEMS ON JUNE 9 HE WENT TO THE DR AND WAS TREATED FOR TENDONITOS OF THE ELBOW.

MAN WAS CUTTING3STEEL PLATE WITH A CUTTING TORCH PIECE THAT HE CUT OFF FELL & STRUCK HIM ON THE FOOT CAUSING A BRUISE

I.NAME WAS GRIN8ING ON THE GRINDING WHEEL WHEN SOME OF THE GRIT FROM THE WHEEL WORKED ITS WWAY BEHIND HID SAFETY GLASSES & INTO HIS RIGHT EYE.

THE INJURED MAN3WAS WELDING ON THE DECK OF A BARGE WHEN HE FELL DOWN & BRUSIED HIS TAILBONE.

THE INJURED MAN REMOVED HIS HEAVY OUTER SHIRT BECAUSE HE WAS TOO WARM, HE LEFT IT OFF FOR ABOUT ONE HOUR. THE UPPER UNTANNED PART OF HIS ARMS BEGAN TO FEEL BURNED SO HE PUT HIS SHIRT BACK ON. UTRA VIOLET RAYS FROM HIS WELDER HAD GIVEN HIM A BURN THAT LATER THAT DAY BLISTERED.
