THE INJURED MAN3WAS WELDING ON THE DECK OF A BARGE WHEN HE FELL DOWN & BRUSIED HIS TAILBONE.
THE INJURED MAN REMOVED HIS HEAVY OUTER SHIRT BECAUSE HE WAS TOO WARM, HE LEFT IT OFF FOR ABOUT ONE HOUR. THE UPPER UNTANNED PART OF HIS ARMS BEGAN TO FEEL BURNED SO HE PUT HIS SHIRT BACK ON. UTRA VIOLET RAYS FROM HIS WELDER HAD GIVEN HIM A BURN THAT LATER THAT DAY BLISTERED.
