EE WAS OBSERVING CRUSHER AFTER THE POWER WAS SHUT OFF. AS THE CRUSHER WAS SLOWING TO A STOP A LARGE ROCK BOUNCED UP HITTING GUARD. THE GUARD BROKE LOOSE AND STRUCK EE IN FACE, CAUSED LACERATIO N.
