Employee was holding an idling chainsaw when the chainsaw caught the outer seam of EE's PPE chaps. The saw kicked up and hit EE's left knee causing a 2.5 inch laceration on the left knee. Immediate first aid was given, then employee went to an urgent care and received stitches.

Mostrando los 15D-6 Dozer made contact with 740 Water truck during washing activity. Water truck was parked and as dozer moved forward the blade made contact with the front right tire. The contact caused the tire to pop and drop the water truck. The event led to EE seeking medical attention for back pain.
Team Member reported eye irritation resulting in conjunctivitis from exposure to airborne foreign particulates following the use of a grinder while wearing safety glasses and face shield. Examination by ER physician did not find a foreign object or corneal abrasion in the affected eye.
