HE DID NOT PART SO HE PEERED OVER THE PROTECTIVE RAI5ING INTO THE JAW AT THE SAME TIME A PIECE OF METAL CHIPPED FROM THE JAW AND WAS THROWN OUT OF THE JAW CRUSHING SHORT. A PIECE OF STEEL HIT AND LACERATED HIS RIGHT CHEEK.
I.NAME WAS OPER5TING A CRANE USED TO REDUCE LARGE ROCK TO A MARKETABLE SIZE. AS THE 6000# DROP CROSS HIT THE LARGE ROCK, A CHIP OF FLYROCK FROM 35' AWAY PENETRATED THE SAFETY SCREEN AND PUNCTR UED LEFT EYE. H9 SAYS A CONTRIBUTING FACTOR TO THIS ACCIDENT WAS INTENSE FOG, HE DIDNT SEE THE FLY ROCK IN THE FOG
