THE M ETAL BAR WAS PROJECTED OUT OF THE CRUSHER AND STRUCK THE EMPLOYEE ON THE LEFT SIDE OF HIS HEAD ALSO CAUSING INJURY TO HIS HAND.
WHILE EE WAS GRINDING OUT CRACKS IN BUCKET LOADER THE GRINDER KICKED BACK & STRUCK HIS LEFT KNEE
