Employee was using an angle grinder to cut a loose bolt on a board. The board was positioned on the back of a flatbed truck. Due to the bolt being loose, when the disc made contact it caused the grinder to kick into employee's hand. This resulted in a laceration requiring 3 stitches. Employee was wearing gloves.
