Injured and other ee's were setting a truck bed for a retaining wall. Loader operator thought that chain was unhooked and also thought that ee had motioned for him to go back. The chain was still hooked taking bed backwards causing crane boom to swing around. Crane blocked came unhooked and swang around knocking ee over the wall.

TOO MUCH AGGRAVATION FOR LOW PAY, NO BENEFITS. 8-8-98 SIGNED UP FOR UNEMPLOYMENT. CANCELED CLAIM & SIGNED UP FOR UNEMPLOYMENT COMP. HAD NEVER WENT TO DR. BEFORE THIS WITH NECK OR BACK.
